SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Thank you for choosing VOLVER 1979. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read this Shipping and Returns policy carefully before placing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping information
We currently ship worldwide via UPS and DHL. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. 

2. Processing times
All boots are manually crafted, hence orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. The delivery times given are indicative only and do not consider any potential delays that may arise due to payment authorization and/or product availability.
Please be advised that dispatch times may be extended during periods of high demand.

3. Shipping time and cost 
Shipping time and cost will vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time and cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates
Spain: Free 
EU countries and UK: 15 EUR
Rest of the World: 35 EUR

VOLVER 1979 will not cover the shipping costs for uncollected packages.

4. Taxes and duties
For EU countries, all taxes are included. For all other international shipments, duties and taxes are not included, and customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be levied upon delivery. It is not possible for us to estimate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these fees are imposed by the country to which the order is delivered.

5. Currency
VOLVER 1979 cannot be held liable for any currency fluctuations or exchange rates that a bank may apply when converting EUR to any other currency.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
As our goods are crafted by hand, minor imperfections or variations in shape, size, and color should not be considered as defects. It is not unusual to see discrepancies in color, grain, wrinkles, or markings, which can vary based on the type of leather used. Such traits add to the allure of the leather and will not be considered as defects.

1. Exchanges
You have up to  10 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange items purchased from VOLVER 1979 online store. If you need to exchange the size of a pair of shoes that you have purchased, you can do so without incurring any additional charges.
Please contact us to volver@volver1979.com to inform us of the size that you require from the available options. We will reserve the item for you and dispatch it to the address specified in your original order as soon as we receive your return. The delivery costs of an exchange are borne by VOLVER 1979, but those of the return are borne by the customer.
Exchanges for items that have a lower value than the product purchased online are allowed, however the price difference cannot be reimbursed.

2. Returns
Items purchased from VOLVER 1979 online store may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that the product and packaging are in their original condition. We kindly ask that you try on your new shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure that they remain in their original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that show any sign of wear.

To return your item, please use the label included in the parcel. The cost of returning items for customers in the EU and UK is 15€, while the cost for international returns is 35€. Please be aware that this amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded, along with any tax and customs fees that may have been incurred.

Please follow the following steps to return your item(s):
1. Please contact us to volver@volver1979.com to inform us about your return, specifying the order number.
2. Wrap the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging provided.
3. Cover the previous delivery label with the return label found in your package.
4. Arrange for the collection of the parcel with DHL or UPS and ship it back at your earliest convenience.
5. Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify you via email.

VOLVER 1979 reserves the right to recover all costs or fees incurred if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due. Kindly note that in case the customer refuses to pay customs duties during delivery, a refund will be issued only after we have received the product back.
VOLVER 1979 reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not conform to the requirements mentioned above. If your return request is declined, we will return the item to you at your expense, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
